The Advantage of One Pipeline

Game development is where every skill I have comes together. Most developers build the systems and hand off the visuals to someone else — I don't. Because I handle the modelling, texturing, UI, GFX, and animation myself, every part of the game is designed with the whole picture in mind from the start. Nothing feels bolted on, nothing clashes, and nothing gets lost between handoffs.

Everything Talking to Everything

When one person owns the full pipeline, every decision informs the next. The way a model is built affects how it gets textured. The way an environment is laid out affects how the UI sits within it. The animation style feeds back into the overall visual tone. Because I'm across all of it simultaneously, the game develops as a single cohesive thing — not a collection of parts assembled at the end.

The Result

A game that feels intentional from the first interaction to the last. Every visual, every system, every screen — designed together, built together, and released as one complete experience. That's what working with a full-pipeline developer actually looks like.
